These Free Plan Terms apply specifically to FormTab accounts created on the Free plan, in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply. Where these Free Plan Terms conflict with the standard Terms of Service, these Free Plan Terms take precedence for Free plan accounts.
The Free plan is provided for genuine evaluation and light personal/small-organisation use. Use of a Free account is subject to our fair use policy — accounts found to be used in a way that is abusive, automated, or inconsistent with normal individual use may be suspended or cancelled at our discretion.
The Free plan is available only when creating a new account. An existing paid FormTab account cannot be downgraded to the Free plan.
The Free plan is offered on a limited-time basis. FormTab may close new Free plan signups, or withdraw the Free plan entirely, at any time and without notice.
FormTab reserves the right to cancel a Free account at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. If a Free account is cancelled, no data is lost, but the account moves to a read-only state: no changes can be made, no new content can be created, and forms belonging to the account no longer accept new submissions. Upgrading to a paid plan is the only way to restore full access.
By creating a Free account, you consent to receiving marketing communications from FormTab about our products and services. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link provided in any marketing email we send you.
A Trial account is different from a Free account. A Trial account gives full access to FormTab's features for a limited evaluation period, after which it expires unless upgraded to a paid plan. A Free account has no expiry date but is limited in scope (see our pricing page for details) and is intended for ongoing light use, not full evaluation of FormTab.
You may not hold both a Trial account and a Free account, and a Trial account cannot be converted to a Free account, or a Free account converted to a Trial account. An email address already associated with an existing FormTab account (Trial, Free, or paid) cannot be used to create a new Free account.
