Our spreadsheet data export feature comes with a secure link email feature to prevent rogue downloads.
We believe you should have the flexibility to take out data whenever you like.
However, we secure bulk data exports by emailing a download link to you rather than simply allowing a download via the web browser. When you request an export of data, the export job is generated and a secure link is emailed to your email inbox when the file is ready to download.
Note: only reporter and administrator team members have access to this facility. Regular team members cannot view the archive of submitted form data (other than their own "sent forms" within Fill a Form area).
