Our Web Form add-on provides a secure online platform for customer or anonymous user form completion. Web forms are ideal for surveys, questionnaires and registration forms, and are hosted on a secure FormTab URL.
FormTab web forms are mobile responsive meaning they 'auto-magically' scale to the device being viewed on (smartphone, tablet or desktop) and can be linked to from your website or Facebook page etc.
When the web form is filled and submitted submission notifications are sent to nominated recipients and may be viewed in real time within our secure online portal FormTab Central. Submissions can be downloaded in pdf format, exported in csv or even printed. Data can be integrated with any one of our turn-key integration partners Box, Dropbox, Sharefile, WorkflowMax or Xero.
FormTab Web Forms are an add-on service for paid account holders; requiring a FormTab user account to administer. Those completing and submitting web forms do not require a FormTab account - making this an attractive option for many organisations gathering data online.
